Overnight Oats
A no-cook meal-prep breakfast made by soaking rolled oats with milk and yogurt overnight, then finishing the chilled oats with fruit, honey, and crunchy nuts.
Method

In a large bowl, stir together 200 g rolled oats, 400 ml milk, 200 g yogurt, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until no dry pockets remain.

Divide the mixture between four jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, so the oats soften and thicken.

Before serving, stir each portion and loosen with a small splash of milk if the oats are thicker than you like.

Top with mixed berries, sliced banana, chopped walnuts, and an extra drizzle of honey. Serve chilled.
