Berry Smoothie
A cold, creamy breakfast drink made in a blender with mixed berries, plain yogurt, milk, and optional banana or honey for extra body and sweetness.
Method

Put 250 ml cold milk and 300 g yogurt into the blender first so the blades can move easily. Add 450 g frozen berries and the banana, if using.

Blend on high until the berries break down and the smoothie looks thick, cold, and evenly purple, about 30 to 60 seconds.

Taste the smoothie. Blend in up to 1 tablespoon honey if the berries are tart, or add a splash more milk if the texture is too thick to pour.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately while the smoothie is cold and creamy.
