Who can report
A rights holder or an authorized agent may report an alleged infringement. Anyone may report objectionable content or conduct that breaks our rules.
What to include
Please include all of the following so we can review and locate the content:
- A description of the copyright or other right you believe is infringed, and of the allegedly infringing content.
- Enough detail for us to locate the content in Gemo, such as a recipe link or short ID, the creator's name, or a screenshot.
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate.

What happens next
We acknowledge reports and review them. We may remove the reported content, or remove a hosted video while leaving the recipe available. We may notify the person who posted the content so they can respond, and may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours of a valid report.
Response from the poster
We may notify the person who posted the content and give them an opportunity to respond.
