How to delete your account
- In the app, open Settings and select Delete account.
- If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] or use the app's listed store support channel.
What deletion does
Account deletion removes access to your account and deletes or anonymizes personal information associated with it. Some public content may be removed, anonymized, or retained in limited form when needed for legal compliance, community safety, moderation records, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute handling, or security.
Images and some content may remain
Some data is not fully erased by account deletion, and we cannot promise complete erasure of all images and content.
- Images you uploaded are stored on our content-delivery storage (Cloudflare R2) and are not currently deleted automatically when you delete content or your account, so image files may persist after deletion.
- Some related content records may not be fully removed by automatic deletion.
- Content that was public, shared, sent in notifications, or processed by third-party providers may continue to exist outside our control.
Timing and confirmation
Automated deletion may complete quickly, but some related systems, backups, logs, store records, or moderation records may take longer to expire or may be retained where allowed or required by law. Where a manual step is needed, we will process the request within a reasonable period and provide confirmation when practical.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. On iPhone, premium is a paid subscription billed by Apple - cancel it in your Apple ID settings before deleting your account if you do not want future renewals. On Android, premium is free with no purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
