Cafe-Style Chicken Wrap
A quick tortilla or lavash-style wrap filled with juicy pan-cooked chicken, crisp vegetables, and a light garlic-yogurt mayonnaise sauce.

Stir together 120 g yogurt, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 grated garlic clove, and a pinch of the measured salt and pepper. Taste and keep the sauce chilled while you prepare the filling.

Slice 600 g chicken breast into even strips. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, remaining salt, and remaining black pepper until lightly coated.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in a single layer, turning once or twice, until browned and cooked through to 74 C in the thickest pieces. Rest for 3 minutes, then slice any large strips into bite-size pieces.

Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave so they bend without cracking. Spread each with sauce, then add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and chicken in a compact line just below the center.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Serve as is, or place seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes to lightly seal and warm the wrap.
